To record the dialogue we needed we simply filmed someone saying it and then on imovie extracted the audio and allowed us to cut bits out we didn't want and extract it on the clip we wanted. The music was also easy to upload onto our movie. After a week of searching we found the right one, copyright free from freeplaymusic.com called 'Melancholy Piano.' We just downloaded it onto itunes then dragged it in to imovie. The music is just a piano playing softly but dramatically, it is not quick passed which fits into the editing and the context of the situation. It helps create the dramatic tension and helps the audience react. This music i believe can be seen as very typically sad music and would be used in sad films, war films and vintage films.
